Extended Service Warranty

Ace Solutions Provider offers a comprehensive extended service warranty after expiry of equipment purchase and manufacturers warranty. We would provide coverage for all your Nortel Networks', GN Netcom, and APC equipment.

 

Coverage includes:

 

NORMAL REPAIR AND SERVICE

Ace Solution Provider will provide corrective maintenance, replacement or repair during regular business hours from 9:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. In taking this warranty, you will receive a 10% discount off our regular hourly service fee for all service calls not covered under this warranty.

 

NORMAL SERVICE RESPONSE
The response time for normal service will be within 24 hours.

 

EMERGENCY SERVICE RESPONSE

Ace Solution Provider will respond within 2 hours in the event of a major system failure. Emergency service is provided 24/7 at no cost for any service covered under warranty. You will also receive a 10% discount off the normal after-hours service fee for all calls not covered under this warranty. Additional equipment added to the system will automatically be included in this agreement at additional charged based on current service rates.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Free 3rd party Telco co-ordination (i.e. Bell, Sprint, Navigata, or Allstream), free telephone and voice mail training upon new installation.
