Voice and Data Cabling

Phone Systems:
Phone systems are always in need of an upgrade or replacement due to growth, needing of new features, or an out of date system. Ace can provide a wide range of Phone Systems, Phone Sets, accessories, services and training.

Moves, Adds, and Changes:
Moves, Adds, and Changes are normally the most common service required by operating businesses. Normally, when a new employee is hired, reconfiguring your workstations, or your current number of Data or voice jacks isn’t enough. Ace can service your needs quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption to your working environment.

Troubleshooting:
Troubleshooting is normally the result of one or two things: Poor Installation or accidents. Ace has some of the best testing devices available in the industry that can be plugged in to find the faults. Once the faults have been discovered, we explain what the problem is and what might have caused it, what it will take to fix, and ask if you would like the problem resolved.

Cable Audits:
Cable Audits are recommended when you have more then 10 Workstation Outlets not labeled, Workstation outlets that do not seem to go back to your Patch Panel and when your patch panels and switches are connected by a web of patch cables leading to confusion. Ace will asses the situation prior to the project and determine what steps need to be performed, and complete them at your convenience.

Cable Removals:
Some ceilings are so congested that ceiling tiles start to sag with the weight from dead cables. Ace will identify your functioning cables from the dead cables and remove the dead without disrupting your network. Cable Removals usually go hand – in – hand with a cable Audit.

Testing and Certification:
Testing and re-certification is usually done when an organization moves into a new environment where the cabling infrastructure is already in place. Companies will try to minimize their costs and try to utilize what is there but not know how reliable the cabling is. The other reason for testing and certification is numerous faults in the cabling infrastructure. What Ace will do is re-test all the cabling, save the results for each cable, provide a Adobe PDF file of the test details, visually inspect the cabling in the ceiling and the termination of the patch panels and jacks, and re-label all faceplates and floor plan.

Fiber Optics:
Fiber Optics is usually incorporated into a Cabling infrastructure when a Data connection is required further then 90 meters away from the Patch Panels. Fiber Optics is also normally used to connect multiple Telecommunication Closets with the Server Rooms for the higher bandwidth.

Wireless Networks:
Wireless has grown in popularity, reliability and security since first being introduced. We provide an analysis of your site listing what other wireless devices we can see, and provide an optimal solution providing the security and reliability that you need.

Conduit & Cable Tray Installation:
Conduit and Cable Tray is typically used for an Open Concept Office environment. Cable tray is also used quite frequently in Server Rooms either in the Raised Floor or just above Relay Racks and Cabinets as an addition to your cable management. Conduit is also used as added security to ensure that your cabling is not damaged when work is being performed in the ceiling.

Design & Consulting:
The structured cabling infrastructure design is typically over looked or not completed properly when building a new office or location. Ace will discuss with you what your wants, needs, and budgets are. We then implement what we recommend based on the information you provided on to a Floor Plan with the estimated costs for your approval.
